Ready to heal and let go

I believe everyone who walks through my door is open to saying goodbye to their symptoms for good and that is how I approach them. Even if there are strings of attachment to the label of illness or if they are mistreating their own body by labeling it bad for whatever reason, we look into that together and gently ask to release and heal. Being ready and willing to let go and to be the best you can be takes discipline at times but, if you are willing, you can do it. If it’s time to move on and release the body that’s another level altogether. All is attachment to belief systems which form our levels of consciousness. BodyTalk is consciousness based energy medicine that guides me as a practitioner to assist you in your own clarity to heal and release gently, non-invasively and without judgement.

This makes kitchari ideal during stress, illness, change of seasons, and it is the primary food during Ayurvedic internal cleansing.

Spring has Sprung!

On a recent May visit to Colorado I flew into a blizzard!  From a bourgeoning spring in Wisconsin with bursting peonies and all I felt infinitely depressed.  It feels like the seasons are pulling in two different directions.  I want to get up off the couch and go into the mountains and yet feel like hibernating to avoid the cold.
